Other than your title, we don't have any info on you; therefore, you will get broad answers.

In my opinion, you should be getting out there and dating around your age - full stop. Work on increasing your SMV (i.e. dressing feminine, exercising/lifting heavy - work on that body, wardrobe change up, etc.) and actively get out there and date. Can you find a HVM? Sure, but you actually have to go out and date. I might be against the grain here a bit, but you need some experience to figure out what you like, don't like, want, and don't want.

Even if you find a HVM, it will still take time for you two to get into the relationship phase (i.e. months/year) since you will be competing against other women that want him also. Focus on improving your SMV and being able to add value to the men that you date for it to "hopefully" blossom into a relationship/LTR with a guy you really like and want to be with.

OP, this is too vague to give you help or advice so I'm removing it. The qualities you listed are not going to disqualify you from dating but you are far more than your age and virginity. I encourage you to do an inventory of what you bring to the table in a relationship and what you need to work on. The community might be able to help you work out a game plan from there.

i have a feeling you DO get asked out by guys time to time. guys do ask out women pretty often. even most ugly ones(attractiveness is subjective). but since you yourself thinks so highly and be all 'i deserve better' mentality, you always refuse or friendzone them. so in the end you don't get any experience and waits for the one and only prince charming of a life time. i know this because i know girls just like this and in my opinion its pretty stupid and a easy pit to fall in as a women.
