You can't physically hurt someone without emotional implications. It shows you that they don't care enough for you to actually help you change, they want to discipline you through fear instead, they don't respect your well-being nor your personal space, they are hypocritical by disregarding the norm of being non-violent while punishing you for disregarding rules, and usually it's very impulsive which means it's unfair since you had no chance to justify your actions. Not to mention how simply by associating pain with them it'll hurt your relationship and the other person despite knowing that is still willing to do it. And all of this is already true for the first time, not only once it becomes overused.

Physically hurting someone is the purest form of sole (revenge) punishment, it doesn't give you time or opportunity to overthink your actions, it's not supporting you with ways to change, it basically has no rehabilitation-effect. It's been proven over and over that it's one of the worst ways to make people change their behavior and usually it's only used by the punisher to vent their anger on someone weaker.

Regardless, how exactly is pain even supposed to teach someone something if it doesn't cause psychological stress? Everything that feels bad causes stress and this would be exactly the thing that would make you try to avoid it. There isn't even a real difference between physical and psychological stress as both systems are intertwined.

But I guess that won't matter to you anyway since you seem to see punishment (pain, economical damages, or defamation) as the only method of education, rather than any kind of pedagogical approach.

To be fair no living being deserves beating, but its a doodle we are talking about here, mrs sensitive justice warrior princess. We can argue on fair and equal ground since I dont endorse simping moody queens even a bit. So back to the supposed hitting a woman part, which is in reality just a doodle voiced by a male and its clearly over exaggerated as all comics tend to be, well I am not advocating for domestic abuse if I just laugh at a doodle of an annoying girl being slapped to the ground, or am I? Do you think one is advocating for patriarchy if he laughs at a cartoon? Also I enjoy so much giving a couple of sarcastic or lowkey trolling bits of words to snowflakes because they are easily offended and get on the defensive. I know cheap entertainment but everyone has its own sinful leisure activity right? Insecure of what then if I might add? Bitter even? What I am exactly resentful of? Please explain me because I have no clue.
