Stop interacting with this man. He’s playing you to make you look crazy and create distance between you and your sister. Classic victim isolation tactic.
Offer a non-judgmental ear to your sister. If she knows you hate his guts, she’s going to avoid talking to you about him, including sharing any bad behavior on his part. She NEEDS you to lift her up, not tear him down.
Find a way to detach from this emotionally. You can only change yourself, and getting riled up over generic retorts is not strategic. You can think through this by controlling your reactions.

Guys like this think we hate all men because they see the LV traits they criticize and have convinced themselves that those traits are in every man ever.

Nobody thinks less of men than the LVM.

It's ok to hate men though. I, too, only hate low value men*

Lots of men are hell bent on hurting us, and almost none of them are willing to lift a finger to stop them. Men should stop being so hate-able.
