My friend is dealing with his e divorcing him abruptly right now. She was chasing Chad and got rid of him as quickly and quietly as possible. She assumed all the debt, he got the house and vehicles. There weren't any children and she didn't get alimony. Just about as clean a getaway as a guy can get.

It's hard to tell apart divorce rape from keeping the child's current welfare, but around here many judges are accepting requests for the custodian to prove expenses with the child so divorce should become more equanimous. We're not going the right way though, under the flag of psychological abuse judges are also accepting worst evidence and accounting for one's feelings of abuse.

As for your question, I know a woman that married down and didn't even bother asking for support and one that agreed to a settlement where her ex husband only took responsibility for child related expenses (and not all of them). I also know the daughter of a damn billionaire (even in us dollars) that cheated on and tried to divorce rape her husband and got owned pretty bad in court and a one who lost right to the embryos she had frozen with her ex husband (guy had testicle cancer and was rendered sterile, they froze embryos and his sperm).

Yep, my mother didn’t maliciously attack my dad when they got divorced. They’re still on very good terms to this day..

Currently going through a divorce and so far there have been zero signs of rape.

For context: She ended it. I make twice what she does. I can afford decent legal council, she cant.

Its not over until its over of course, and I have remained as generous as possible throughout the process thus far...but there are always exceptions to every rule.

Yeah my mother and father had a good divorce. As far a divorces go. My father told my mother what he could pay each month and that anything we needed all she need do is ask. My mothers blood sucking parasite of a lawyer kept telling her to go for more money. Good thing she said no

My mom. Split time as much as possible. My dad felt obligated to give her money to cover specific school expenses or when buying clothing each year. They were even nice enough to out up with each other for a military birthday trip for me to an amusement park.

my mum. she was raised a christian by a minister, my dad was training to be a minister also. she cheated on my dad for an american immigrant.

my dads side of the family threatened to lawyer up and take custody + everything. she felt a lot of guilt, both families shaming her hard and she didn't get much support. she was too naive to lawyer up and play hardball. she got nothing but the car, me and child support.

hypergamy is a no brainer for me. makes perfect sense.
