That said, the slow constant movement towards the most extreme explanation of the Duluth model (which, at it's extreme, would allow for literally any harm done to men blamed on men as retaliatory violence for some other wrong done to someone), does seem to give the ones who already want to an implied justification

Indirectly, yes.

They are pushing for a narrative around sexual abuse that claim that sexual abuser is male on female. So invisibilize other scenarios.

They fight for closing female prison, giving impunity to women.

They fight to make gender gap in sentencing looks like fair. Invisibilizing thr leniency shown to female sexual predators.

feminism in it's (non toxic) form stands for equal rights for woman and men. Just like MensRights here stands for equal rights for both genders. There are crazy feminists out there that doesn't get this very main point.

No. Ironically, when there's a post on Reddit about a female teacher "having sex with" a 13 year old boy, feminists (and women in general) will be critical of her. It's the thirsty simps who get mad that she was arrested.
