Crosspost "Taking care of a newborn is a full time job." from /r/TwoXChromosomes:
My husband really surprised me last night. We were on a video chat with several friends and one joked about how I have free time because I'm on maternity leave. Before I could respond, my husband quickly said, "Are you kidding? It's beyond a full time job. Everytime I see her, she is doing something for the baby. I wish I had boobs so I could help more." I do this because I love my child, but knowing my husband gets how much work it is really helps.
