You do not deserve this. No one deserves physical violence.
Recognise that it is unlikely that you will change her behaviour yourself. Encourage therapy.
If behaviour does not change, consider your options for ending the relationship. You are currently a punching bag to her. Someone who assaults another is an unsuitable partner for anyone who wants to live a fulfilled life.

Caveats:

Since there's few shelters for men, this advice does not apply for a seriously controlling, abusive partner. In that situation, you should seek help from friends, family and professionals and be more careful about how you disentangle yourself.
Obviously, it's complicated if you have kids, but violent behaviour can (and does usually?) emerge early on in the relationship. Boys (and girls) need to be taught the warning signs of an abusive potential partner.
