why do tech companies( google, facebook, etc.) listen only to the feminists/feminism?

why cant they see that they are in the minority?

do us normal people have to assert and constantly voice our opinions against some radical ideas so as to make these companies realise that some attitudes that feminists encourage are toxic and should be treated the same as the attitudes that they already discourage?
