I'm a student at university with one previous Title IX rap; it was a completely false accusation - not a gray area, an out-and-out manufactured accusation, but in a he-said-she-said, the he loses!

So, now, after reading more and more over the past few weeks, I'd like to implement a lot of the TRP message into my lifestyle. I'm lucky enough that I naturally have a lot going for me, in that respect: I've got a good build, am tall and in a top fraternity, do well etc, and also, I have a bit of an unknown factor for the girls circling - I keep myself under the radar. <-- That all helps with girls, but I'm firmly of the opinion that it makes you a prime target in the eyes of those in the Title IX office.

But I'm scared to finish off swallowing the pill and use the techniques (really, it's the latter that's the concern). A lot of you guys know the deal with Title IX and how it can just completely fuck you (I'm a prime example), but I lucked out, and the first "offense" isn't on my public record. BUT, if something happens again, it's a repeat offense, and I WILL be punished accordingly; I probably won't be allowed to graduate, take the job I'm offered, etc. So what do I do? I read about doing things like escalating during dates, using the sex god method, etc, and I can't help but worry that it could backfire spectacularly on me. Recording isn't an option to protect yourself; maybe in a court of law, but NOT with Title IX. All it would take is one plate to cry rape or discomfort, and my life is gone. Do I keep my head down until I'm out of here and in the real world?

I think a lot of guys in college could benefit from some clear cut advice on things like this. I'm sure it's not just me.
