The hours worked are one of the biggest reasons there is even a pay gap between men and women, feminists either won't acknowledge this or pretend to know everything but haven't researched the topic themselves and are just reading off feminist sources that falsely misrepresent the pay gap.

¿Who said men deserve to get more payment?

People in general deserve more pay in base of their compromise to their jobs, the only difference between men and women salary if both have the same charge should be based on their time working, the extra hours and their overall involvement in their workplace situations.

Today saying something like "women like flowers" is sexist, misogynist, discriminating and stereotyping BS.

And saying "all men are *insert every insult*" is completely ok and can be printed/said in every mainstream media. And speaking against that is sexist and misogynist.

If you want one to really crush a few arguments, take a look at The Understudied Female Sexual Predator. It's basically an article on a feminist study that revealed that not only are most misconceptions feminism champions inaccurate, but rape is actually fairly gender neutral and prison rape, something that is generally viewed as only male-on-male, is actually heavily dominated by female perpetrators (female inmates get raped by fellow female inmates at three times the rate of male-on-male prison rape, for instance, while incidents of prison staff raping/sexually assaulting male inmates have female perpetrators 80% of the time). Any time you want to refute the wage gap, look up the Korn Ferry Hay Group's Wage Gap study.

It started with 8.2M salaries in 33 nations, and went to 20M salaries in over 100 nations. They go right into the HR files of companies and compare people a) working for the same company, and b) with the same job title.

To date, they've found an average of 2.4% gap between male and female pay once you control for employer and position. The western nations are on the lower end, with the UK at 0.8% and Canada at 0.9%, for example.

Anyone who tries to sell the concept that women get paid less than men for the same work is spouting out and out bullshit.
