I am looking to see if anybody else has suffered from this, knowns anything about this and maybe even as a warning to anybody who wants to get their future child circumcised. I think maybe I am just venting somewhere

I was circumcised at birth. I never asked for this. Mother insisted. The circumcision was not done correctly and too much skin was removed. The result is discomfort in my penis and a severe loss in sensitivity in my penis. It has also left a small cyst on the circumcision scar line. The positives are there is not a lot of scarring (aside from the cyst) and my penis looks pretty normal.

I struggle to ejaculate during sex. That includes regular intercourse and oral. My penis feels numb when I have sex. I cannot ejaculate with a condom on, that will never happen no matter how hard I try because my penis is almost entirely numb anyway and putting a condom on top of that means there is no chance. It also can be a problem with maintaining an erection during sex because I become so distracted by the loss of sensation (and sometimes the discomfort) that I start losing the erection.

Sometimes erections can be a little uncomfortable when they are strong due to the skin being tight. My penis is not very maneuverable either, if you tug it in the wrong direction it will hurt as its so restricted.

I believe the circumcision also stunted the growth of my penis. My penis is averaged sized now but I am almost certain it would have grown to a bigger size had I not been circumcised.

This has depressed me for years, I thought I would be over it by now but its really not something I can learn to live with fully. I cant get truly mad at my parents for doing this as this wasnt intentional or malicious but I am still so frustrated by this situation as there seems to be nothing I can do. I also cant bring this up with my parents because I dont want them to feel bad. Sex is wonderful but I feel like for me it isnt and there was a time where I was completely put off having sex because the idea depressed me so much.

I do think that now I have some issues mentally surrounding sex because of this botched circumcision.
