Was considering refinancing early 2018 to lower my debt... started having marriage issues, so i backed off... Wife being a realtor convinced me i should, said she didn't want anything from the house, said she would sign a quit claim to convince me of that, and that she would never leave me.... a year later she has filed for divorce , hasn't signed the quit claim and is demanding 50/50 Arizona Community property. Is it even worth fighting past the early resolution conference, or is the law pretty cut and dry?
