Summary:

Guy spends at least a FULL MINUTE telling both women to "Calm the fuck down" while they threaten him with physical harm.

No, he can't "turn around and walk away" because it can clearly be seen that the girl in sports bra is brandishing a weapon (Brass Knuckles) [Crime #1].
