I was attacked by members of the trans community for supporting men's rights (as well as mocked) and saying women can rape men too. Here's one response...

It's terrifying how people are liking his comment. Also he only represents himself here not every single man in the world.

A clear-cut case of idiocy and feminist brainwashing on display.

Wow. For once, I'm speechless. The complete and utter callousness of people like this shocks me. It's honestly fucking sickening when people characterise young boys who are taken advantage of by their female teachers as "lucky", by making the assumption that these boys just wanted it the whole time.

EDIT: edited to add a lot of rambling thoughts. Guess I wasn't so speechless after all.

Agency: The capacity of individuals to act independently and to make their own free choices.

This person is essentially automatically imputing agency on the young boy by calling him "lucky" to score, and assuming that the young boy was either initiating or being a willing participant in the improper conduct. They assume that there was no abrogation of his agency for example through his rape.

But it gets even more ridiculous when they characterise the teacher as a victim for being thrown in jail and place all responsibility on the boy for "getting" her locked up, instead of seeing it as a consequence of the teacher's actions and decisions for the improper conduct that she willingly engaged in. Essentially "It's not her actions that caused her to go to jail, it's his actions that resulted in that!" In order to do this you would have to view the teacher as stripped of her agency. You would have to view the teacher as not acting of her own will. You would have to assume that the boy was the one who acted and initiated and that the teacher just passively went along with what he wanted, her actions merely a reflection of his own desires, therefore making it entirely his fault, and not hers, that she got locked up.

In the mind of this person, he has agency, she does not. He is an actor, she is not. He does, and she is done to. And therefore anything that happens due to the improper conduct is the result of his actions and not hers.

In reality, both genders have agency. But people have a tendency to view women's agency as fragile and easily infringed upon, whereas we tend to view the agency of men and boys as a constant, imputing agency on them even when they have none. As a result it's a lot easier for us to think of women as helpless victims who are acted upon even when they're not, and to think of men's pain as simply a result of their own actions even when this is not the case. And it's a lot easier to think of men as being "at fault". Because they always have agency, and women don't. And no responsibility can be attributed to someone who doesn't have agency or act of their own volition...

I was almost raped at age 10 by a 11 year old. She was much stronger than me I literally couldn't do anything. I didn't even know what sex was at that age. Luckily her mom caught her about to do it.

Even if I were to play devil's advocate and pretend that this guy is right, he is defending paedophilia.

Women can't rape men

Legally, yes. Technically, no.

millennial boys... Are lucky enough to bang their smoking hot teachers.

Lucky? Only as much as millennial girls who get to bang their smoking hot male teachers. Sounds nasty? Exactly. Also, boys being lucky or not doesn't change the fact that the teacher in question is a statutory rapist.

person doesn't understand the word rape in the legal sense.

10 U.S. Code § 920. Art. 120. Rape and sexual assault generally https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10/920

edit: I do not find discussions about sexual assault or harassment funny.

I hate when I see this shit, and always try to call them out on it, no matter how awkward it may be. My best strategy is to flip the script and ask if it would be okay if it was his daughter.... of course then they morph into “white knight”.

I would say to those women,

When you'll have a baby boy, why don't you personally make him "lucky"when he reached 10-11 ,like a nice birth day present.

Or only other boys can be "lucky" but not yours.

It is not rape isn't it?

[–]murfemurf516050 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Women can rape little boys, but if you’re an adult man,you would have to meet the 1% of the women who can overpower you. So,in a way I agree, but men can still be raped, but it’s usually boys.

Congrats man, you have the same mentality as Cardi B aka "I didn't rape him cause he had a boner".

Listen, I wanted to fuck most of my teachers when I was a horny little 13 year old boy, too. And if they touched my dick, I would have been beyond stoked. That doesn't make it right.................
