There is, but it typically has to keep a lower profile because feminist groups will do anything they can to disrupt and destroy any actual activism on behalf of men.

There are protests, including one by Sidney Watson last year. The media tends to label them various nasty terms so people only hear that bad stuff, however we have at least two MRA MPs worldwide now. There is also a lot of activism you don't see, like complaints to papers and media outlets. We are becoming more legally savvy and are launching lawsuits. It was us who forced the courts to rule a male only draft sexist and unconstitutional. Our victories and protests are often labelled trolling and personal attacks. Last year we were attacked because we counter-protested feminists who demand that the UK's proposal for a gender neutral anti-sexism law was changed to one that favoured women. Usually when you hear noises from feminists about MRAs it's because we are waging a global war against sexism - and thus against feminism.

I make submissions on behalf of men whenever there is a relevant consultation. It’s not really visible to the public.

If you want to see more activism, do more activism.

Searching for "men's rights organisation" and "men's rights group" on Google both turned up the National Coalition for Men on the very first page of results. Imagine what you might have found if you'd looked on even more than one page!
