All Women Hackathon: 2nd edition
Because we didn't discriminate nearly enough the first time.
If you identify as a woman, we're inviting you to sign up for our all-women codesprint.
You must identify as a woman to be eligible to win a prize.
Our all women hackathon is now in its second edition. On top of bragging rights, the best of the best win a trip to Amsterdam and spend three days hacking with us.
Meet the women technologists who build the world’s largest accommodation site. We’re proud to represent a truly talented and diverse team of pathfinding programmers, data-miners, fearless front-enders and designers.
How very "diverse" is this all women-only gig!
As an avid supporter of inclusion and gender diversity, Booking.com advocates for the creation of more opportunities for women to enter, advance and ultimately thrive in the tech sector with an aim to redress under-representation in the wider industry.
Here we go with comparing male/female headcounts without any context again! Also, if it's limited to just one gender, how is this "gender diverse" exactly?!
What injustice is this "affirmative action" trying to correct? Just discrimination masquerading as affirmative action now.
