Two women at the same school and same boy. Jesus if it was a 16 yr old girl you wouldn’t be able to watch tv or open social media without hearing about all the “outrage” people would be calling for the death penalty or life imprisonment.

I hate to be pedantic about this, but this title is incorrect. She *was* convicted. If you plead guilty, you are convicted. The fact that she does not serve jail or have to register as a sex offender, just means she got off with a light sentence.

I am someone who has been falsely accused in the past by an ex and I was *not* convicted. For anyone like me who has gone through the nightmare of the biased justice system, the difference is important.

Though I have my qualms with the registry (considering there are indeed men and yes woman suffering under it decades after their supposed crime can we at least consider there is a difference between her doing it with a 16 year old then a 6 year old.) Either apply the law evenly or reform it. It makes me sick to think if circumstances were right some of my friends would of been on the list, one was 17 dating a 14 year old at one point. To think 15 years later he would still be paying for it if the parents didn't approve of the relationship or some bystander called the cops and they got a confession out of them no matter how consensual it was, but because this person looks "hot" she gets a pass, fuck this shit.
