There’s no magic formula but generally anyone with parental issues tend to be unbalanced unless they deal with these issues head-on through therapy and/or meditation, reflection, brutal self-honesty, etc

If you orbit around Stefan Molyneux's videos at all you will see the character of my mother on blast. My single mother married a dark triad male who couldn't put the bottle down after dating for 7 years. Popped out two sons then divorced him and subsequently blamed him for everything. NEVER ONCE taking responsibility for her decision to date much less mate with him.
