Most guys get sex eventually although most will have to wait way longer than women unless they get really lucky or pay for pussy. So most men aren't completely sexless.

Are most guys frustrated? Sure to a decent degree. They can't get sex at near enough of a frequency or get a decent girl to shackle yo with.

Are they resentful? I'd say alot alot are because women are hard to get expept for sheer luck in their lives
