In our law,, whenever seduction or adultery happens the seductor is always a man,and the woman is the victim. And according to this,the whole culprit is the thrid guy and he has to be jailed. Keeping this law in mind the fact that women constantly fight for equality and keep saying that they have minds as well and they can take their decisions on their own,,makes this laughable and full of shit. Plus laws of marital rape. Wife can have normal sex with you one night and beat herself up and then accuse you of rape. To disprove it is a hard ass job. Plus rape allegations in India can rip you off of your reputation,current good works or business,,no matter it is proved or not.

As an Indian I feel the laws are shit here.
