I live in a super liberal state where there's marches every weekend, the trees are covered in colourful knitted stuff, and there're chalk drawings all around the city walk. Personally, I like this city because I'm vegan and love bicycling... but everyone I know, in my age demographic, is a hardcore SJW.

Every guy I meet is either in a poly-relationship/open relationship or will only date feminists or want women who are liberated enough to not shave. Every girl I meet is bi-curious, fighting for "equal" rights, and wanting to do things for the sake of going against the patriarchy.

I've been here for a year and I'm starting to get sick of being in such a fiercely liberal (or labour) city, where I get comments like "You deserve to have your uterus ripped off you" for just stating that feminism has become a meaningless movement (which is a downplay of my actual beliefs). At my office Christmas party, a woman basically gave me an hour long lecture when I told her that I was willing to change my mind on children if I had a partner who really wants kids and I wouldn't mind taking some time off to raise my kids... because she was "worried about how brainwashed I am by the patriarchal ideologies set up to oppress women". A couple of women stopped me as I was leaving the gym changing room and told me that I "didn't need to try hard with dresses and high heels because I was beautiful on the inside". The more I try, the more I find people ridicule me; I get criticised for my weight, clothes, keeping long hair, and wearing heels. I get criticised for being in nun mode. I get criticised for having actual ambitions.

I can't date. I can't have actual friends. I'm constantly asked for opinions and constantly made to lie else people will drag me to their stupid levels. As a woman and a "minority", I feel so out of place and isolated from all the women in the area. I follow the RPW rules for women but I feel like it's doing more harm than good for me, in my current area.

What should I do (apart from move cities and change jobs) to help myself feel better?
