Woah, my shitty country might actually do something right. As long as women are never allowed in the ranks, nothing ever goes on the record and Australia drops the narrative that men are at fault for not opening up sooner, this might work

Their underlying ideological base is feminism. Their motto is "Healthy Men, Healthy Masculinities, Healthy Communities", the reconstruction of masculinity in feminist terms. These guys are toxic simps, trying to cash in on the "men's shed" phenomena.
