I was curious to ask this question here because if you ever imply this in any other sub people come for your throat and claim all women are supportive and that I'm bitter or imagining it.

When I was growing up women in my family already put me down as a little baby girl, even just because I've got better grades than their daughters, because of the color of my skin, my face, my weight even my 6 yo body, my hair and my aunt even ruined my hair. When I was in school a couple of girls my age where literally monsters to me.

I didn't even know how to be a "real woman" because no one thought me. I had to earn all on my own how to take care of me and I was forbidden anything feminine growing up.

It went on this way, pretty much until I was late teens and met really supportive girl friends and then it shifted when I was able to make decisions of my own without my mom forcing terrible people on me and me myself being able to say "I don't like these people I don't have to talk to them".

I wonder how many women have gone through this and how much it has affected your perception of yourself, your life outcomes, people you've dated?

Would you life be different, would you have committed less mistakes if it was different? Did you have a "not like other girls" stage or demonized women in your head?

Did you get closer to men growing up because of this "women bad" mentality?
