I'm serious. There's a bunch of smartphone apps that do this. The one I use is Diesel's Days to Live. It's technically an advertisement for a watch company, but it's free and does the trick. These apps take your birthday and various life expectancy factors into account and will give you a rough estimate of how many days you have left. (Amusingly, it gave me the nice round number of exactly 20,000 days, but given my 31 years and family history it seems plausible enough.)

It's important to know just how fleeting and limited time is - to be a successful man, especially in the Red Pill sense, you're going to have to be successful across a number of dimensions - money, looks, status, Game, whatever - as well as fitting in recreational time to maintain your own sanity. Being reminded of your mortality on a daily basis may not be necessarily pleasant but it is fucking motivating as hell, because each day is absolutely precious to build your empire, especially because your quality of life will most certainly decline, at least to some degree, as those days pass.

The clock is ticking.
