My advice to guys who get cheated on here is usually: “You never take back cheaters - once a cheater, always a cheater.” If you were in a committed relationship, which you enjoyed, why would you cheat?

You shouldn't even have a LTR if you can't keep your end of an oral contract that is having a gf.

When someone doesn't simply end their agreement to not fuck anyone else, most likely people just cheat. That's why LTRs a fucking stupid! It's the equivilent of a hand shake and in any other area of life, such as business or law, an oral contract is moronic.

If you want to win her back you have to be a better option than every other guy she can get. No contact. Dgaf, go out and win at life. Lift, do awesome at your job. Diet properly. Worst case scenario you end up getting back with a girl you felt the need to cheat on while having an awesome life. Best case scenario you get a hotter and better girlfriend while having an awesome life.

OP, you aren't going to like to hear this, but this strikes me of a women that wants out of the confines of a monogamous relationship and wants to sow her wild oats. Your relationship is on life support and will die. I've personally experienced it twice (Pre-TRP). I read a good write up of the problem once that had it nailed to a tee. I wish I could find it and link it. It was titled, "Please break up with me", if memory serves.

Basically, she wants out of the relationship and has for some time but doesn't know how to get out. You may have been spared it's early stages where she begins to constantly question the relationship, and nag on you, what she perceives as your physical or personality flaws. She'll begin to say stuff like, "I'm not happy." She'll want to "find herself". You've described it, in my view, in this post. Of course she associates it with you, she wants you gone, but she don't know how. She'll start hanging out with her friends, and partying more. Suddenly she'll have new, more slutty friends that like to party.

You gave her the best golden parachute you could possibly give her, however, when she found out about your infidelity. Friend, if she really truly wanted to be with you, she would overlook the infidelity. She has a perfect reason to cease the relationship she wanted out of and she looks fantastic in her social circle. You gave her exactly what she wanted.

As an aside, the fact that her friends say your evil and are nasty cunts: that's pretty par for the course. When I was trying to cling to my relationships in the two times it happens to me, I was surprised, and at the time hurt, by how her close friends treated me. Like garbage. It was like they enjoyed crushing me. And I never did anything bad (didn't cheat, treating her "great"). But I was beta. And they like to crush betas during these breakups.

They turn off their affection like a light switch. The line I heard was, "I still love you, but I'm not in love with you."

She will be (likely has, and probably while you were gone) be riding the cock carousel. But a small part of her will struggle with her choice "did I make the right decision?". She will try to keep you on the emotional hook. But it's an illusion that will only give you false hope if you think she's coming back to you. More likely, she will find some excuse two months from now to drop off some item of personal effect or want to go to "coffee" where she will sponge off validation or try to befriend you so you can be her bridesgroom in her marriage a decade from now. Have some Respect OP.

My advice is hard next. No contact. Better yourself. Lift. Forget about her. But I doubt you'll listen.
