Escalation as I see it is like a game of betting. You always push to raise the stakes (sexual progression), see how she responds and act based on that.

The most important thing IMO is to never hide your INTENT. You need to show her, without any doubt, that you want to FUCK her. Steer the conversation towards sex and playfulness, get her comfortable with you touching her. If it's going well then you need to seize the moment and lead her to a more private situation.

Display sexual intent with actions and subtext. Never by being direct and "honest".

Sometimes when she is not responding to escalation, withdraw completely (break rapport). Asses the situation, maybe you're wrong and she's not into you. Maybe she needs to feel and see that you're willing to let her go in a second without a care.

The only way to get confidence is from previous success. The only to succeed is to try and fail miserably and learn from that.

You gotta just go for it man. Eventually you learn body language, and it becomes extremely easy. It just takes practice and failure.

Next time a girl hints you, call her on a date. On the date, start making out (you can look at PUA kissing gambits if you're unsure of when, but do as you will). Bonus if you can make out heavily in the car. After some time tell her you should go somewhere private, if she declines, make out some more, try again. On the bedroom, you advance and she holds, don't worry about push pulling before you actually have some experiences.

Escalate, push, tease. Expect resistance. The best method to counter shit tests and LMR is freezeouts. Escalate. But not too hard. But relentlessly. But tease.

Going for a same day lay is faster but less reliable than spreading over 3 dates. If you have one chance, do 3 dates. If you have 10 chances, go for same day.

SDL is bad for retention though. It's probably only optimum if you can create a lot of opportunities.
