She's got 3 son's with her ex husband she murdered. She took their successful father from them. Now she is trying to take their inheritance. And women are supposed to be the better nurturers, according to family courts.

It seems to me, this falls under the slayer rule.

“While a criminal conviction requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt, the slayer rule applies to civil law, not criminal law, so the petitioner must only prove the murder by a preponderance of the evidence, as in a wrongful death claim meaning on the civil standard of proof of the balance of probability. Hence, even a slayer who is acquitted of the crime of murder can lose the inheritance by the civil court running the estate.”

Given she’s facing murder charges, I think the preponderance of evidence standard is met, making her ineligible.

Has she been convicted of the alleged murder? I am not familiar with the case.
