I’m not Indian, but white girls who are good looking are the ultimate beauty. You don’t need to be Indian to know… they’re just that fascinating.

Same reasons as men and women from any other ethnicity might be obsessed with white people. Just differing levels of mental gymnastics to convince themselves and others that it's okay. Ranges from acceptable to notions rooted in goofy ideas and beliefs that should be considered unacceptable.
