A lot of gay guys want you…I know that’s probably not helpful to hear, but I guess my point is that there isn’t anything wrong with you. The problem is that like 70-80% of young straight women all want the exact same type of man. They don’t have a spectrum of attraction, their definition of “attractive man” is extremely narrow.

Meanwhile gay men are out here sexualizing literally every single type of man. Slim, thick ,fit, fat, old, young, middle age, hairless, hairy as fuck, femme, masc, androgynous, “traps”, tiny dicks, massive dicks, bald, ass length hair, the list goes on and on and on.

If you ever need a pick-me-up, just know there is guaranteed to be a group of gay men that would jump as the chance to have you. The problem is the narrow female definition of “attractive man”, not you or your body or your height.

Again, I realize that info doesn’t really help your actual situation…but maybe it could help you mentally. It’s a problem with them, not you.

I dunno my guy, while I empathise with you because yeah, being short sucks for men when it comes to dating…..it’s not comparable.

Many disability activists have discussed this with far more knowledge and experience and nuance and eloquence than I ever could, but, to keep it brief, disabilities class someone as almost invisible in society. It’s harder to make friends, get jobs, keep housing, get care. Society ignores you at best or ridicules you and despised you at worst. You’re treated like a burden on the medical and welfare system.

I work as a receptionist for a medical clinic and the practitioners do a lot of work with disabled kids and adults. They range from as simple as ADHD to as complex as one girl who comes in on Tuesdays and has the mental age of a toddler and can’t walk unassisted. She will never be able to exist on her own or support herself. Once her family dies she will have no one to advocate for her needs or fair treatment and will be at the mercy of a complicated system known for taking shortcuts.

Being short in dating is a disadvantage no one is saying that. But it’s not the same as some of the stuff I see from my desk.

It sucks your short and no one should make you feel bad about something you can’t control….but unless you’re not telling us something, you still have a better shot at living a fulfilling life than many disabled individuals.

Being short is not like being disabled. I'm disabled and it's offensive that you would even compare the two. The difference between you and I is that I get all the sex I want despite being disabled because I have a personality, while you have some sort of "wow is me" victim complex bullshit going on.
