Also it's hilarious because the number of proven true allegations is pretty much the same

Women say the number of proven true being low is proof that rape isn't taken seriously

But they then say the number of proven false is low is proof it doesn't occur often

If they didn't have double standards they'd have no standards at all

You are correct, the 10% rate is based on the rate of cases recognized by law enforcement as verifiably false claims, all false allegations that are not obvious are not included in this assessment. Studies vary greatly, with up to 90% of false claims. Of course, the 90% of false claims sound like 0.6% that feminists came up with. What we can say for certain is that number of false claims is high and is surely rising as women are incentivized and monetarily rewarded for making them.

It said in one stat that false allegations where the woman is outright lying is about 5-8%. Then feminists take the "unreported rapes" into account to dilute the number down to .5% or so.

Being that the RAINN Institute admits that their statistic of unreported rapes is an estimate at best, it's use as a statistical fact is a devious action.

Unfortunately, an effective act as well.
