Just a general question in regards to finances: Have you ever divided the finances due to lack of skills/interest in controlling costs/adherence to a budget? My wife is not a spend thrift by any accounts (on herself), but has issues saying no to kids. I’ve tried everything to get/keep us on budget. And explained that if we are gonna live the lifestyle we want (private schools for 3 kids/ vacations/ club sports), we must have discipline. I’m the breadwinner making twice what she does, and exhausted/ fed up with her indifference/ entitlement with regards to finances, and not caring this is my main source of stress. Posting here because I’m close to ending it if this doesn’t change. Asking for anyone who’s done this and did it ultimately work?
