To be honest, the one most difficult to get out from is the child support.

Alimony and palimony can be easily avoided by not getting married.

Here are some patterns.

Men cannot pay women to get what he wants. For example, most men want sex. Men can't pay for sex.

I have heard that paying for sexual relationship such as in sugar relationship is legal. That looks like loopholes. I'd like to know more.

Government pretty much underestimate what the women are committing. But over estimate what the men are committing.

For example, women cannot commit to anything sexual. I've heard a woman can get drunk together with his boyfriend and that is rape. Why? Because she can't consent while drunk. That is like no body can consent on being operated because once you are in anesthesia you can't consent.

Men however, are treated as if he committed a lot to an absurd amount of money. No men would explicitly agree to give women half his wealth if she left him.

Government treat men commitment follow certain pattern

  1. Proportional to men's income
  2. Encourage women to backstab the man.

It's just the law.

The women cannot even change the term. Once a man got a woman and the mine is activated the woman will have huge incentive to backstab the man.

But why?

Why governments want to do so?

It's really simple. Monogamy. Toxic monogamy.

Most voters prefer monogamy.

Why because if a rich guy hoard many women then the other guys don't get any. If a pretty woman star in porn, no body look at the fat and ugly.

So governments want to discourage or punish heavily women that pick rich guys.

How to do so?

By making land mines.

Economically optimum outcome often comes from simple trade.

So transactional sex is illegal or almost legally impossible.

But men are often forced to pay women in ways that reward women to backstab him.

If you can find loopholes there could be ways to get women have children without risking a lot of wealth even when you have high income.

In Indonesia, I simply pay sugar babies and I pay them to give me children. That's it.

In USA, I still have little idea how to bypass the child support laws. How to keep it reasonable.

The laws hurt women too. Women that cannot keep child support amount reasonable BEFORE conception will have much harder time aiming at richer guys. And that is the point. That is the purpose of all those laws. To prevent women from simply picking richer paying guys.

It's really not men vs women. There's part of it. It's more like, your sexual competitors make rules on how you should arrange your relationship. Like Nazi governing Israel. That's what marriage is all about.

A rich man can get ANYTHING objectively measurable from a woman by just paying than getting married. Think about it.
