I live in a studio apartment with no oven and (currently) no microwave! I do have an instapot duo crisp with an air frier feature. Need something simple and fairly quick that will still impress my dates when I invite them for a home cooked meal. I’m a good cook but feel a little lost without a stove. Any ideas appreciated!!
