Bullshit advice.

In any social circle, with every rejection, your chance of rejection goes up drastically.

Because women advertise the fact you got rejected by her (this boosts her social status and lowers yours)

Being a flirty guy gonna, turn off the valuable women (who like stable, boring relationship)

This is why they send mixed signals. Weak men take these signals as interest, shoot their shot, get laughed on and lose in status.

Always assume she's playing with you. (Women are not innocent).

Most men never make approach in their social circle, either wait for interest from woman (clear interest, where others from social circle are telling you "dude she's into you") then only you are safe.

I can recall a few instances where I should've flirted and I failed to read the mood, so I might have to make it my default lest that happens again. Make sure you always have plausible deniability though.

It's a way of potentially causing a first good impression, assuming you know what you are doing, and show yourself as available and sexual.

There are many contexts where you don't want to be flirting, though, so I'd say you should only flirt with your targets and in moderation.

Much PUA advice is shitty or designed to work with the lowest education girls around...being always flirting could repulse a girl you otherwise had a decent chance of seducing, though I guess it won't be worse than never flirting with her.
