Obviously the man, in question, Rubiales is a moron. Who on earth does something like this, in Spain of all countries, in 2023? This does raise the question about consent though. Is it enough to claim that you have given consent, if the question is asked? Is the person claiming that consent was given due to coercion? Would a signed legal document be enough to verify consent, if that route was taken? Is it acceptable in a civilized society that only one gender is held up to a standard like this?
