(The following is simply a humorous diatribe not to be taken too seriously.)

Quantum Dynamics are an interesting field of physics, where everything we know about the universe gets upended.

Matter is apparently made of waves with function that include imaginary numbers, there's probably one electron belonging to my body on Mars right now, and more importantly, and more relevant to the topic at hand, phenomena behave differently if you so much as try to observe them.

Any time anyone tries to observe any phenomenon that remotely privileges men, this phenomenon will reverse itself and visibly privilege women, until we stop observing it and it goes back to privileging men.

Discrimination in employment, any time it's measured, suddenly privileges women until we stop measuring it.

Discrimination in education does the same anytime we setup multicorrection experiments (take the same test, change the name on top (some are anonymous and just a number, some male, some female), suddenly girls are graded better and boys worse than numbers, until the experiment stops and suddenly education discriminates against girls again.

I will say, any system that has such a reliable tendency to reverse itself while observed certainly falls within the domain of Quantum Dynamics, wouldn't you say?
