Bro, you're visibly new to this. No you don't next her. You have to understand that she will never say that she wants a good dicking or that she's looking for a guy to LTR her. Because:

she can't possibly know yet if she's really attracted to you, and for what purpose. She has to meet you, test you for resilience and frame (shit tests etc.), and get a feel of your SMV (social status, looks, money)
she will ALWAYS need plausible deniability, because women react to the circumstances and they are not built to take a decision, stick to it and assume responsibility

What you do is you lead, you're direct but you always leave a door open in her mind where she can hide away from responsibility ("come to my place, I'll show you my art collection")

EDIT: to answer more directly to your question: if she says she's looking for friends, I usually respond that "I've made some good friends from tinder when there is a good vibe but the attraction isn't there". And when I say it I mean it. It works because it flips the script in her mind, now she knows that I'm not desperate and I will test her to see if she qualifies for me. But you could also go the other way and make a joke, like "I'm actually looking to get married, I promised my mom I wouldn't stay a virgin past (your age)", if you can pull it off. Be fun.

dont take your sweet time to text back, just be busy in general and answer when you are free, if you are busy you wont have the time to answer directly, faking being busy will usually end bad if the person can not proceed the act troughout the date - that being said, I did not like your "friends with benefits" she does know what you are looking for, so no need to take that question even serious. next time tell her you are looking for someone that takes care of your bonsai tree while you are climbing on the himalaya
its not a shit test, she just does what a girl does, protecting her ego and denying her nature and her itentions
dont answer and if you feel the urgent need to answer, just wish her luck on her journey to find the one and true only friendship at tinder, but be prepared that you won't hear from her anymore
