So it’s been a year and a half since my stbxw filed a bullshit order of protection in Ithaca NY. Very different around here. Things she alleged never happened and she was effective in keeping my child away from me. After all this time I get 3 hours of supervised visits. She said I put my hands on her. No dates, no times. Said the kid wasn’t around when it happened, then testified she was around! And the judge allowed her to keep lying! The judge is extremely biased towards her cause I sent her drunk text messages in December of 2021. Been sober for awhile. Did parents apart, counseling, everything that was asked of me. This judge supposedly retires in March. What can I do? I have the article 8 family matter still going on and he won’t rule on any of my orders to get unsupervised visits. Both supervisors see what’s going on and are in my corner. They see I don’t need supervision. At what point do you just say enough is enough and you can’t win? Need some advice please. The judge doesn’t even pay attention most times. This is awful and all I want is more time with my kid. And I don’t think that will ever happen. Thought?
