Basically what the title says! I'm not so sure if I should even bring up this topic, but I've been watching this one YouTuber named Goatis who also goes by the name Sv3rige. He says looks aren't entirely genetic and that people are good looking because their ancestors ate a diet consisting mostly of if not entirely raw meat. He's not entirely carnivore because he does eat some fruit here and there and he also says vegetables are bad for you.

If you guys are wondering what the heck the carnivore diet is, it's a variation of the popular Ketogenic diet. The difference is that with this particular diet you only consume animal foods such as beef, butter, eggs, pork and seafood. People that follow this diet said it helped them improve health issues like diabetes and GI distress and also slow down if not entirely reverse the aging process. Well known advocates of the diet include but are not limited to Shawn Baker, Ken Berry, Mikhaila Peterson and her father Jordan Peterson. Paul Saladino (aka Carnivore MD) used to eat this way, but now he eats more of what is called an "animal based" diet that includes organic fruit and honey.

Anyways, I was writing about this because I was wondering if eating only raw meat, eggs, and organs growing up along with some fruit could have helped me develop more properly and become a better looking person? Or it wouldn't have mattered either way? Like, would have I been screwed from the get go? I already mentioned my face rating and my reasons why for that, so I'm not bringing it up again. But what do you guys think? Feel free to share your thoughts!
