In terms of face ratings and giving obvious advice that men should already know to do or should already be doing, yes he is taking advantage of men who have no success with women.

In terms of him being fraudulent it's debatable, while he does give accurate face ratings, decent (somewhat) improvement advice, and proper ways to hide flaws such beards types, he also cherry picks some things that are irrelevant such smile lines which are actually attractive depending on the ethnicity and face shape and european square shapes don't work too well or at all with smile lines.

Concerning the ages of the people in his videos it's pretty obvious he does this which is both unfair and very skewed imo but it's for clicks and (hopefully) he asks for consent to use the guys photos, I very much doubt he would just use the photo face ratings without telling people.

And last, it's not just women he overrates and men he underrates, it's literally ehtnicities. Any man with dark skin who only has a very small list of things needed he will underrate harshly but if the guy is light skin pale face he will overrate even if the guy has 4-5X more things needed to improve on.

A lot of people like that try to make their content less extreme or incendiary once they gain a larger audience. Then they inevitably try to monetize things beyond just ad revenue which is probably low Anyway due to the nature of the content. Paid courses, surgical advice, ratings, whatever flavor of bullshit they feel like selling. Overall I think his channel does have some good vids and he addresses certain things in a nice palatable structure, but considering all things I prefer tails and rehab room.
