Conclusion is probably to just hedonism max. Take the path of least resistance for maximal net dopamine over the course of your lifetime and minimize suffering.

Looksmax, self development max, become your best self through years of suffering and challenge, play the game to the most of your own potential.

It's better to be humilatingly defeated and crushed than to have been an observer who never dared to take any risk in the first place, despite what people say to cope their experience is worse than defeat, imo.

Assume defeat is all that awaits you and strive in resistance toward that lie, in defiance of it. That's all I can recommend tbh
