I like having the individual freedom of modern society but I agree that the lowest common denominator of people have proven they need religion and/or a shame based society to behave properly towards others, not even just in terms of sex and dating.

Also harshly punish infidelity. It should be a crime as its traumatizing to the Betrayed Partner, often completely destroying their self-esteem for a long time, if not for life, and giving them PTSD in the worst cases.

As well as a rework or even a complete removal of current divorce, alimony and child-support laws, to remove the incentive to divorce and keep the other person financially enslaved to their partner without any kind of reward. At the very least No-Fault Divorce should be completely outlawed.

But I also agree on everything else you said.

Even if they would benefit society as a whole, they would be immoral(encroaching on people’s agency and autonomy). We should just make every market a laissez faire one and let the winners win and losers die off. At least in such a system, sex work would be legal and you could stroll down to your local bj bar a few times a week and meet your usual bj giver.
