I am new to most of this and was wondering if anyone can give a better understanding. I have known of a prenup but just now heard of a postnuptial agreement. Which I wish I could have done a prenup but was told I could do a postnuptial agreement. Some say it is similar to a prenup but it has its differences. Has anyone done one before and if so what was the process? Also is it different for which state or does that matter as well?
