Health risk assessment, hygiene limits, more detailed requirements for the way work is organized and work procedures and information on health protection

(2) The permissible hygienic limit for the weight of a manually handled load carried by a man for occasional lifting and carrying is 50 kg, for frequent lifting and carrying 30 kg. When working while sitting, the permissible hygienic limit for the weight of a manually handled load by a man is 5 kg.

(3) The average hygienic limit for the entire shift cumulative weight of manually handled loads in an average eight-hour shift by a man is 10,000 kg.

(4) The permissible hygienic limit for the weight of a manually handled load carried by a woman for occasional lifting and carrying is 20 kg, for frequent lifting and carrying 15 kg. When working while sitting, the permissible hygienic limit for the weight of a manually handled load by a woman is 3 kg.

(5) The average hygienic limit for the entire shift cumulative weight of manually handled loads in an average eight-hour shift by a woman is 6500 kg.
