Yes there are some organizations that do. I think our hockey team is doing a night. But breast cancer gets an entire MONTH of awareness and walks and special events and wearing pink. There is a local pizza chain here that has pink boxes ALL YEAR ROUND. And women think “eVEry dAy iS mENs dAy.” Shut up with that garbage, please. Women get an entire month of history, and another month of “wear pink!” My mother survived breast cancer, and I’m happy she did. But there are other types of cancer that aren’t limited to just women. As sad and morbid as it sounds. But it’s the principle of the thing. Yesterday at work if we wore pink we’d get a group photo taken and 5 dollars donated. They’d probably do that for a men’s cancer when my cats can learn how to speak Pig Latin Japanese, and also teach a physics class. 🐱
