Hello TRP, I want to share a story with you guys.

I am 17 years old and currently a virgin, and last year I got so close to losing it.

I was 16, and had a thing with this smokin hot chick who has definitely been around the block. She has been flirting with me for a while and wanted to have sex and would also talk about her past sexual experiences openly. So we flirted for a while until one night she asked me, "So are you a virgin?" I froze and lied to her that I have had one sexual experience but she totally knew I was lying. So the next week we had a date planned and she texted me earlier in the week saying that she just wants to be friends because I'm a great guy and that she's sorry that she led me on. I told her that I did not want a friendship with her because I do not feel the same about her, and I cut her off as a way to not be reminded of my failure.

After subbing to TRP I've noticed the biggest advice to virgins here is "Lie about it, because everybody lies."

That does work, although I wondered why I never suspected her being a virgin and why she would with me. Then I realized, she talked about past sexual encounters. That's one thing that I never did, and is why it led up the question.

So I learned that it is better to lie before the question, than to lie when the question comes up. If you talk about a sexual encounter before the question, the question will never come up.

Feedback would be much appreciated!
