As with most cancel culture, I'm going to bet the most outrage people aren't even the topic of the joke (domestic violence victims). It's like that with trans jokes, disability jokes, etc. It's a sign of your privilege if a joke is the highest on your list of mental hurdles for the day lol

Personally, I have never found him that funny. I think he actually gets the "chad" treatment (to borrow a Redpill term) from his mostly female fanbase; he's good looking, so they also think he's a lot funnier than he really is.

But, regardless of my feelings about him, comedy is supposed to be a space where you can make fun of anyone or anything, no matter how dark or inappropriate. It is a real shame that more and more people seem to be jumping on this stupid bandwagon that wants to make comedy "polite".

Yeah, women are so much superior to men, we’re lucky if they give us any attention. Also, on Joe Rogans podcast Matt had said that he constantly gets sexually harassed by his female fans, very lucky!
