she's hoping to bring you down to her level. it's a way of female mate guarding. that way your SMV is lower and your not at risk of being poached by a higher achieving girl. at least in her mind.

the answer is if she's worried that you have higher SMV than her, she needs to put in the work to raise her's to match you. you're worth her building herself into the best version of herself that she can be. she knows this, she just doesn't want to work like that. women that are willing to are extremely rare, to be honest.

consider this - is this a red flag of fundamental values differences between you and her? (hint: - yes) If so, how big a problem will that turn into as the LTR continues? (hint: it doesn't get better on it's own, it only grows more magnified and worse).

at the same time - also ask - what woman will match a high SMV man in terms of life achieving? this will turn out to be an issue for any woman you're with.

Tease her for being insecure when she exhibits this behavior. Basically call out the behavior without being too serious or dramatic. If it persists after doing this 3-5 times, break it off if the behavior is that bad.

It takes awareness and some tactfulness (especially if you're around others) to call women out the moment they fuck up, but it's way less dramatic and more effective than bringing it up later.

Yeah that happens to me all the time. I got lucky with an online business and I now have this status where girls think I'm always out of their league when really I'm not.

Take it as a comfort test. Just make sure you give a little at a time to stay colder/ less invested than her obviously. Calibrate from there.
