Note: This list is not complete. If you can think of anything that I've missed, please leave a comment and I'll add it.
I want this list to include only the big, major things, so 'men are expected to pay on the first date' will not make an appearance. (Don't let the feminists distract themselves by letting them quibble over the smaller things.)
I have left out statistics that are influenced by individual choices, such men being < 90% of injuries in the workplace, and bodily differences, such as men not being able to get pregnant. This list is intended to reflect the baseline disadvantages for men vs. women.
Statistics specifically focus on North America.
Disadvantages to being a man
Education & the workplace:
Graded lower in school for the same test answers
Less likely to be accepted into a university or college with the same application
Less likely to receive a job interview with the same CV
Less likely to be hired from an interview, especially if the interviewer is female
Less likely to be promoted in the workplace accounting for all factors
Job opportunities are explicitly open to women for the sake of being female and never the other way around
Law & Order:
The draft
No real reproductive rights. Sperm theft is not illegal anywhere.
Domestic abuse against men is taken ridiculously less seriously to the point that the laws are written for the benefit of women alone at the cost of men's safety
Get 60% longer prison sentences for the same crime in court
Women, when committing a crime, are much less likely to get to a position where they are facing a prison sentence at all
A worldwide ban on female genital mutilation but not male genital mutilation
Massively disadvantaged in divorce court
Custody battles are an overwhelming uphill battle for men
Mental health:
Safety & Health:
1.5 times as likely to be a victim of violence
More likely to be a victim of sexual abuse (especially as a child)
More likely to be a victim of online harassment
Whenever there's danger, it will be expected of a man to put himself at risk for the sake of women (even if I've never met them)
There are far fewer domestic abuse shelters that will accept men
Overwhelming support of women's health to the exclusion of men's, such as with male-only affecting cancers
Socially:
People show vastly more sympathy for women in negative situations, particularly with violence and sexual abuse
Perceived as dangerous much more often
Far harder to find a sexual partner
The male loneliness epidemic
Open misandry in current popular culture
Women get to rent an apartment easier
