13 years in marriage (both in early 40's) and 2 daughters. Unemployed wife files for divorce. She recently started part time job with minimum wage after filing divorce. I have to pay alimony and child support. Is there any chance the judge would rule for more than 40% alimony? Planning to fight for 50% child custody ?
